Birth Doula

Physical, emotional and informational support during the prenatal and postpartum period.

  • 3 prenatal sessions

    • 2 virtual (1 hour)

      • Discuss birth options and postpartum preferences 

      • Access to my curated resources and my referral list of various trusted providers

      • Help provide any further references or resources needed

    • 1 in person (2 hours)

      • Practice comfort techniques and laboring positions

  • Custom birth plan template

  • Unlimited email, phone & text support 

  • On-call for you 24/7 from your 38th week of pregnancy 

  • Support during your labor & birth

    • Physical, emotional & informational support and encouragement

  • Immediate postpartum support 

    • Approximately 2 hours (more if needed)

  • 1 postpartum visit

    • During the first few weeks after your birth to check in on your mental wellbeing, process the birth and offer infant support

Postpartum Doula

$40 hour


Tender postpartum care as you navigate the first 1-12 weeks after birth.

  • Infant care

    • Feeding, burping & changing

    • Soothing and putting to sleep

  • Adult care

    • Birth process support

    • Healing (physical, mental & emotional)

    • Massages

  • Home care

    • Meal prep

    • Laundry

    • Tidying & organizing

  • Sibling care

    • Hold space for big feelings—excitement, jealousy, curiosity, or overwhelm

    • Help maintain normal routine

  • 6 hour minimum commitment

    • Can be split into sessions

    • 3 hours each
