Questions? I’ve got you.

  • A doula offers emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering steady presence and guidance so you feel informed, supported and most important - never alone.

I am there to remind you of your inner-strength, power and voice to help you make decisions at pivotal moments during your pregnancy and birth experience.

  • Many families reach out in the second trimester, but support is valuable at any point in pregnancy.

If your due date is in 2 weeks and you decided you want extra support , no worries! If I am available, I am happy to chat.

If you’re feeling curious or overwhelmed, it’s never too early (or too late) to connect. 💛

  • Yes! I support hospital, birth center, and home births, as well as medicated, unmedicated and cesarean births.

My focus is not on a specific “type” of birth, but around helping you feel respected, supported and heard throughout your unique experience.

  • I support partners by offering reassurance, suggestions, and encouragement so they feel confident and involved.

My goal is never to replace a partner, but to guide the entire birth team so everyone feels grounded and capable throughout the whole prenatal, birth and postpartum experience.

  • I offer a free 30 minute virtual consultation so we can talk through your hopes and concerns and see if it feels like a good fit — for both of us. 😊

  • I help families in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

If you’re located in another area or just outside the city, feel free to reach out! I am more than happy to talk through availability and travel considerations.

  • Reach out through my contact form or send me an email directly!
